About VisaClock

Immigration data is public but scattered, and it goes stale fast. A processing-time page that was right last quarter is wrong today. A visa-requirement page written two years ago misses a rule change. VisaClock exists to be the version that is current: one clean source for how long a US immigration form takes and whether you need a visa, with the date each fact was confirmed and a link to where it came from.

We are an information service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice. What we do is keep the numbers current and honest, and connect you with professional help when you want it.

Read exactly where our data comes from on the sources and methodology page.
